Lead and oversee restaurant operations while ensuring premium service standards and seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, managing staff schedules, and maintaining quality standards across all dining outlets. Candidates should possess strong leadership, organizational, and hospitality skills.
What We're Looking For
Applicants must be Indonesian nationals (WNI) with proven leadership skills to inspire and guide a team. Candidates should demonstrate a strong guest-oriented mindset, operational excellence in maintaining service standards and workflow, financial awareness to support budgeting and business growth, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
