VIP Villas & Wellness Resort
is an exclusive, fully secured complex located in the center of Kuta Lombok (Jalan Mawun, next to Tomato Café). The resort features 5 luxurious villas, a restaurant, a spa, and a gym.
WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who can independently lead the restaurant to the next level, with a clear goal of tripling revenue and daily orders within the first 3 months (probation period).
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the menu, pricing, and food cost
Source and negotiate with the best suppliers
Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
Improve customer satisfaction and service standards
Develop local promotions and marketing strategies
Manage budgets, expenses, and daily performance
Identify new revenue opportunities within the resort and local community
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a new or pre-opening restaurant owned by a foreign investor, from setup to success
Experience operating a restaurant independently without owner involvement
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of restaurant suppliers, equipment, packaging, and cost control
Based in Lombok (no relocation provided)
Available to work on-site full time
