A Resort in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Resort Manager (Full-time and On-site)
Responsibilities:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall profitability
Implement cost-control measures while optimizing revenue streams
Define and execute the resort’s commercial and marketing strategies
Identify and attract new market segments including retreats, wellness and lifestyle guests
Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
Conduct regular sales performance analyses and reporting against targets
Create and implement action plans to address performance gaps
Design and enhance guest experiences through innovative programs and services
Explore and implement projects related to wellness, surf, yoga and fitness
Recruit, lead, and develop key management team members
Promote leadership excellence, staff training and talent retention initiatives
Set and maintain high service standards aligned with the brand’s identity
Monitor guest satisfaction through NPS, reviews and feedback surveys
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven experience in business development, sales and operations management
Experience in wellness, surf, yoga, or gym-related projects would be a plus
Strong people management and cross-departmental coordination skills
