Resort: Pesona Beach Resort & Spa – Boutique 17-room beachfront property
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team in paradise.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain and repair air conditioners, plumbing, and electrical systems
Handle room and facility repairs (locks, lights, water heaters, fixtures, etc.)
Perform preventive maintenance checks on all equipment
Respond quickly to guest or staff maintenance requests
Keep maintenance tools and inventory organized
Report any major repair needs to management
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance or hotel engineering
Basic knowledge of AC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Able to troubleshoot and fix small issues independently
Honest, responsible, and hardworking
Team player with a positive attitude
