Position: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Selong Selo, Lombok
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Director of Human Resources / Director of Operations
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Selong Selo Resort employees possess the competencies, behaviors, and service mindset that reflect the standards of a world-class luxury resort. This role focuses on training, recruitment, and employee development, supporting the resort’s mission to deliver exceptional, personalized, and memorable guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that uphold luxury hospitality standards and promote continuous learning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment with a luxury mindset, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified and service-oriented talent.
Implement performance management and career development initiatives to cultivate future leaders and maintain service excellence.
Prepare reports, manage budgets, maintain training records, and build partnerships with hospitality institutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5-star or luxury resort.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, professional, and detail-oriented personality.
