Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) is looking for an IT Staff to support the school’s technology systems and digital learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for teachers, staff, and students.

Maintain and troubleshoot school computers, printers, and network systems.

Assist with setup and maintenance of classroom technology (projectors, cctv, smart TVs, sound systems, etc.).

Manage user accounts, software updates, and data backups.

Support school events that require technical setup (sound, multimedia, presentations).

Ensure data security and smooth operation of the school’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support or network administration (school or office environment preferred).

Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Able to work independently and collaboratively with the school team.

Flexible, organized, and service-oriented.
