🧩 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Interior Design (preferably in the property or real estate industry).
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design software.
✅ Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and lighting concepts.
✅ Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and furnishings.
✅ Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
