Tías Villas is a boutique villa development and hospitality brand in the heart of Kuta Lombok. With 22 villas and 4 bungalows (35+ rooms), we combine stylish architecture with warm, personalized service. We’re now looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to help take our housekeeping operations to the next level.
Your Role:
You will lead, structure, and supervise all housekeeping operations, while staying hands-on when needed. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and coordinate with other key departments (maintenance, construction, etc.) to ensure excellent guest experiences across all units.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations across 22 villas and 4 bungalows
Supervise and support a team of 10+ housekeeping staff (including supervisor & daily workers)
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling
Conduct performance reviews and regular quality checks
Ensure consistent villa staging, cleanliness, and aesthetics
Implement and optimize SOPs, checklists, and cleaning manuals
Lead regular inspections and coordinate with other teams (maintenance, operations)
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors (linen, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Handle deep cleans, surface care (especially terrazzo & wood), and material-specific protocols
Submit weekly reports to the GM and escalate urgent matters when needed
Be available on-call for urgent housekeeping issues or emergencies

Someone who takes pride in clean spaces and strong teams.
Must-haves:
Minimum 3+ years in a similar role in boutique or luxury hospitality
Strong leadership skills and team-building mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Hands-on, but also strategic and system-focused
Professional attitude, respectful leadership, and fairness
Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and decent English
Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, Google Drive, and walkie-talkies
Willing to be on-site full-time in Kuta Lombok
Bonus if you have:
Knowledge of terrazzo, wood, and rattan surface care
Eye for detail in villa presentation and staging
Experience building and improving SOPs
