Qualification
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, ideally in small hotels, hostels, or guesthouses.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest service attitude.
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
- Hands-on and proactive — not desk-bound.
- Basic computer skills (email, chat apps, OTA platforms).
- Familiarity with hotel maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest service procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Local or Bali/Lombok-based candidates preferred.
Job desc:
1. Oversee Daily Operations – Manage all areas of the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and coworking space to ensure smooth, efficient service.
2. Maintain Property Standards – Ensure rooms, dorms, and facilities are clean, functional, and well-presented; coordinate repairs and upkeep.
3. Lead and Support Staff – Supervise and train team members, promote teamwork, and ensure professional service at all times.
4. Enhance Guest Experience – Handle guest feedback, reviews, and complaints promptly; maintain high satisfaction and positive online reputation.
5. Coordinate with Management – Provide regular operational updates to Management and implement company procedures on-site.
