Position: Indonesian Host & Customer Experience Assistant

Location: Gili Trawangan, Lombok, Indonesia

We are seeking a confident and reliable Indonesian woman to join our team in a unique, dynamic role. This position is not just about service — it’s about shaping the guest experience.

The Role

Act as evening hostess — greet and engage with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Assist with customer service and table support during busy periods.

During the day, ensure the resort maintains high aesthetic and presentation standards, bringing a woman’s eye for detail to the space.

Contribute to the organisation and flow of daily operations.

Requirements

Female, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Outgoing, confident, and able to engage naturally with international guests.

Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality preferred).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Positive, reliable, and professional energy.
