We’re Hiring – Head of Finance & Accounting (Kuta, Lombok)

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting to lead our finance operations and support our expanding architectural and hospitality businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policies.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk analysis across multiple business units.

Supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Collaborate with management and project teams to evaluate investment feasibility and financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position, preferably in construction and/or hospitality (with minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role)

Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and Indonesian accounting standards.

Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).

immediate availability is highly regarded.

Willing to be based in Kuta, Lombok.
