Responsibilities:
📱 Communicate warmly and professionally with guests (WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM)
📸 Support Instagram content creation (stories, reels, posts)
🖌️ Design simple flyers and marketing materials (Canva or similar)
📈 Assist in executing our marketing plan and maintaining online presence
Requirements:
🏨 Minimum 2 years experience in a top hotel
🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
📱 Social media and basic design skills
💡 Proactive, creative, and guest-focused attitude
