We're Hiring: General Manager
Job Description:
Oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and coworking areas to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain property standards by ensuring all facilities are clean, functional, and well-presented. Lead and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality, manage guest feedback to uphold satisfaction and reputation, and report and implement company policies in coordination with management.
Requirements:
2–4 years of hospitality experience (small hotels or hostels preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
Proactive, hands-on, and flexible with work hours (including weekends and holidays)
Familiar with maintenance, housekeeping, and OTA platforms
Based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
