Position: Front Office / Accounting
One position available for an experienced Front Office Staff / Accounting Officer
Requirements:
Immediate start
Report directly to the owner
Experienced in bookkeeping and accounting
Able to maintain front office standards
Excellent organizational skills and timely reporting
Proficient in English
Capable of handling social media and online booking support

Responsibilities
- Prepare all cash management reports.
- Scan all receipts and payments for external consultants.
- Manage onsite cash payments and collections from other staff.
- Report weekly to the owner on all accounts maintained by support staff.
- Report weekly on service projects and outcomes for both villa locations.
- Maintain and manage all work orders and required repairs, including bi-weekly update reports.
- Assist in the management of online reservations and guest communications.
- Manage the check-in procedure for all guests.
- Maintain guest room standards and provide related reports.
- Manage social media communications.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the English language.
- Skilled and efficient in bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
- Able to produce excellent and timely communications and reports.
- Proficient in Apple computing and all related programs.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
