We are a fast-growing four-star business hotel in Mataram City, looking for professional candidates to fill the following position:
Food & Beverage Manager
(Head of Department Level)
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a four-star hotel
Holding HACCP Certificate
Holding Food Handler & Food Safety Certificate
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, in-room dining, kitchen, and event organizer management
Able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
Effective in listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns or issues raised by co-workers and guests
Able to work with and understand financial data and basic arithmetic functions
Capable of analyzing and forecasting data to ensure proper production control
Knowledge and experience in completing all applicable forecasting and budgeting tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Knowledgeable and aware of local competition and industry trends
