We are seeking a confident, reliable, fluent Indonesia speaker with full working rights in Indonesia to join our team in a unique, dynamic role. This is not just about service - it's about shaping the guest experience.
The Role:
Act as evening hostess / host - greeting and engaging with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with customer service and table support during busy times.
During the day, ensure the resort maintains high aesthetic and presentation standards, bringing an eye for detail to the space.
Contribute to the organisation and flow of daily operations.

Requirements:
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Outgoing, confident, and able to engage naturally with international guests.
Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality preferred).
