Position: Floor Team

Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Floor Team. As part of the front-line service crew, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, smooth daily operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the floor, dining area, and service stations at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth and timely service
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Follow company service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
Support opening, closing, and shift change duties as assigned
Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
Minimum fresh graduate from hospitality background
Previous experience in F&B/hospitality is a plus (e.g., barista, cashier, bartender)
Fluent in English
Energetic, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
