A Construction Company in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Controller (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate financial management in collaboration with management and construction departments
Prepare budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses, identifying and proposing improvements to optimize performance and efficiency
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and investments, ensuring proper liquidity and financial optimization
Design and maintain internal control systems to detect risks, streamline processes and identify opportunities.
Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal and regulatory requirements
Make strategic financial decisions that align with the company’s goals, demonstrating sound judgment and strong leadership
Provide financial insights to support business planning and long-term growth strategies
Requirements:
Proven at least 7 years of working experience as a Finance Controller similar role ideally within construction, real estate, or international projects
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong expertise in taxation, accounting principles and international financial regulations
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments
