Field Force Management
Field Force Management (FFM) plays a pivotal role in leading day-to-day sales promoters and is responsible for overall sales achievements. FFM performs team development activities, including hiring, training, and ensuring the completion of sales processes and retail tasks.
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of sales and training experience in electronics, telecom, FMCG, or similar industries, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Able to work well with teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Result-oriented and focused on achieving overall sales targets.
Strong understanding of customers and markets.
Location: Sumbawa
