Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie - Pastry located in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The Chef de Partie - Pastry will be responsible for the daily preparation of pastry items, dessert garnishes, and other baked goods. Tasks include maintaining high standards of food quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing pastry inventory, and collaborating with the culinary team to create new pastry menu items.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pastry preparation, baking, and dessert garnishing

Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment

Inventory management skills for pastry and baking ingredients

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the culinary team

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is a plus
