Blue Dragon is a startup dedicated to building eco-friendly agriculture solutions from seaweed. We’re developing organic fertilizers as a sustainable alternative to chemicals—improving soil health, preserving ecosystems, and shaping the future of farming.
We’re looking for a driven professional to join our CEO Office team in Lombok (on-site, with occasional travel). This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership on:
- Strategic and operational transformation projects
- Performance improvement and process optimization
- High-impact initiatives in agriculture, sustainability, and innovation
What we’re looking for:
✔ Background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
✔ 1–3 years’ experience in management consulting or similar environments
✔ Strong problem-solving, project management, and structured thinking skills
✔ Ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution
✔ Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
