Position: Cafe Supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, staff performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills
Proven leadership and motivational abilities
Ability to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Support the Cafe Manager in achieving business goals
Familiarity with restaurant management software/POS systems
Honest and hardworking
Energetic with a positive attitude
