Position:
Business Development Manager (Bima)
Job Description:
Manage multiple distributors to achieve sales growth, ensure excellent distribution, and develop high-performing teams.
Spend 80% of time in the field for coaching, monitoring, development, and ensuring operational excellence.
Design effective PJP (Journey Plan), manage territories, and maintain control.
Ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
Develop the assigned market in terms of penetration and value/volume transactions.
Conduct continuous asset tracking to prevent missing or unproductive assets.
Provide and analyze data and information for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Strong technical competency in field sales, leadership, and communication.
English proficiency is a must.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a well-known FMCG company.
Preferably from the ice cream industry or FMCG with a multi-distributor operating model.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing distributor teams.
High computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel skills.
