🧭 Job Description – Business Development
As a Business Development team member at Runchise, you will:
🔹 Be responsible for servicing the product after purchase
🔹 Visit customers and perform walk-throughs to ensure successful implementations
🔹 Coordinate with the product team during customer onboarding
🔹 Conduct onsite training for customers during implementation
🔹 Provide post-implementation follow-ups to identify and close any gaps
🔹 Support the sales team with product demos (online & onsite)
🔹 Deliver product training sessions for internal teams
🔹 Respond to customer support requests as needed
🔹 Participate in product development meetings and share customer insights
🔹 Travel to customer sites when required for project implementation
🎯 Qualifications – Business Development
✅ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret market data & financial reports
💬 Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with clients & teams
🌱 Lead Generation: Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities
📊 Market Research: Skilled in researching customer preferences & competitor analysis
🤝 Customer Service: Experience providing outstanding client support and satisfaction
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
🍽️ Bonus: Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
🧩 Work Style: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
