This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mataram-Lombok, Denpasar-Bali and Gianyar-Bali. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. They will also handle administrative tasks, coordinate with the central office, create branch-specific strategies, and ensure the branch complies with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-Experience in branch management, administrative tasks, and operational oversight
-Skills in staff management, team coordination, and customer service
Ability to develop and implement branch-specific strategies, and meet sales targets
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English and familiarity with the educational sector are beneficial
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
