Hiring: Assistant or Operational Manager
Location: The Rabbit Tree Hostel, Gili Meno
We’re looking for a hands-on, dynamic leader to manage daily operations, including Front Desk, F&B, and Housekeeping.
What We Offer:

Salary: IDR 5–15 million (depending on skills and experience)
Responsibilities:
Guide, train, and manage a team of 13 staff and volunteers
Oversee daily operations and ensure SOP implementation
Optimize guest experience and drive sales
Handle unexpected challenges and cover 4 Front Office shifts monthly
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Fluent in English
Positive, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
Adaptable to island life
