📋 Job Description
🙋♀️ Welcome and seat hotel guests & visitors courteously
📖 Present menu, explain daily specials/set menu, and upsell F&B options
🍽️ Serve food & drinks promptly in line with hotel standards
📝 Take orders accurately, including dietary restrictions or special requests
🧼 Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
✅ Job Requirements
⏳ Minimum 1 year experience as a Waitress or in F&B (preferably hotel or fine dining)
🗣️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (with international guests)
👔 Professional appearance & grooming standards
🕒 Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, & banquets/events
