- Preferred candidates with experiences in arcade, e-entertainment, recreation or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and operational SOPs.
- Patient and able to explain things clearly, especially to children and parents.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
