📌 Job Responsibilities:
👥 Lead & manage sales activities in the assigned area
🤝 Build partnerships & offer products to MSMEs (small & micro businesses)
🛵 Conduct regular visits & take orders from MSME customers
🎯 Develop sales strategies to achieve targets
📊 Supervise & monitor the performance of the sales team
📝 Prepare sales reports & track area development regularly
✅ Requirements:
📅 Min. 1 year of experience in sales (preferably FMCG or ice cream industry)
🍦 Experience in product pitching & order-taking with MSMEs
🗣️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
🇨🇳 Mandarin proficiency is a plus
📍 Willing to be placed in Lombok, Bali, Sulawesi, or Kalimantan
