About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking a talented and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our guests, contributing to the overall relaxation and wellness experience at our prestigious resort located in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

Conduct full-body spa treatments including massages, body scrubs, and facials

Provide personalised consultations to understand and meet each guest's specific needs and preferences

Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment

Ensure all spa equipment and products are well-stocked and properly maintained

Collaborate with the spa management team to develop new spa offerings and enhance existing services

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for each guest

What we're looking for

Proficiency in a range of massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments

Knowledge of skincare and wellness products, and their appropriate application

Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide personalised, attentive care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certification in massage therapy, aromatherapy, or other relevant spa services

Enthusiasm for wellness and a passion for helping others relax and rejuvenate
