About the role
As a Spa Therapist at Sikara Lombok Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional spa and wellness experiences to our guests. Working in our serene and luxurious spa, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments. This is a contract position based in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality massage, body treatments, and skincare services to spa guests
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the spa treatment rooms
Maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests
Adhering to all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols
Collaborating with the spa management team to enhance the guest experience
Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge and skills
What we're looking for
Formal training and certification as a spa/massage therapist
At least 2 years of experience providing a variety of spa treatments
Knowledge of different massage techniques and wellness practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for the hospitality and wellness industry
