Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab
👥 Lead and manage a team of 6 employees
🏪 Oversee daily operations of the cookie shop
💰 Handle accounting tasks (daily cash flow, reporting, stock control, supplier payments)
✅ Ensure quality control for cookies, coffee, and overall customer experience
🎓 Train, motivate, and schedule the team to maintain high standards
Requirements / Persyaratan
📅 Minimum 2 years of management experience
🗂 Strong organizational and communication skills
🧾 Comfortable with basic accounting and reporting tools
💪 Hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example
🌐 Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
