🧭 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations: FO, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services, Maintenance
- Drive revenue, profitability, and marketing presence
- Lead and mentor teams across operational and financial levels
- Maintain company culture and positive work environment
- Analyze performance, budgets, and guest feedback
- Collaborate closely with GM and department heads
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/tourism
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
