Position: Resort Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality in a similar executive role with strong knowledge and skills related to the position.Proven expertise in overseeing all hotel operations: FO, Housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance.Strong knowledge in Sales, Business Development, and driving revenue growth.Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.Exceptional leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team.Good presentation, confident speaking skills, and guest service oriented.Will consider both foreign and Indonesian candidates.
