Role Description
This is daily worker, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Gili Trawangan, Lombok. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The individual will handle booking inquiries, confirm reservations, and manage any changes requested by guests. Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports are also key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English
Proficiency in using reservation systems and related software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Hard worker, honest, and have good motivation
Able to work in Gili Trawangan
