Tías Villas is a boutique villa development and hospitality brand based in Kuta Lombok. With 22 villas and 4 bungalows (35+ rooms), we focus on thoughtful design, personalized service, and high-end guest experiences. We’re now looking for a Reservation & Guest Service Supervisor to lead our front office team and help ensure smooth, warm, and professional communication with all our guests.
What you'll be responsible for:
You’ll oversee all reservation-related operations and guest communication, while guiding and supporting the front office team. This is a hybrid role — part hands-on, part strategic — with lots of collaboration across departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support the front office team: ensuring smooth daily operations, guest communication, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance
Oversee all reservations and booking channels (OTA´s, direct website, WhatsApp), including cancellations, payment follow-ups, and calendar management
Ensure professional and timely guest communication before, during, and after stays — always warm, calm, and solution-oriented
Apply SOPs to handle upgrades, discounts, and special cases, while optimizing internal workflows, templates, and communication standards
Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews, and front office performance, and report key insights and issues to the General Manager
Who we´re looking for:
Someone who can lead with empathy, stay organized under pressure, and elevate the overall guest experience.
Must-haves:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in reservations or guest service, ideally in boutique or luxury hospitality
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Tech-savvy and organized, comfortable with WhatsApp, Google tools, PMS, and structured workflows
Based in Lombok or willing to relocate, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and eye for continuous improvement
