Wise Steps Foundation is hiring—on behalf of our co-brand, Tusha.
Tusha specializes in beautifully crafted HORECA amenities made from eco-friendly Planawood, blending sustainability with design excellence. We’re looking for a Product Operations Staff to join the team full-time in Lombok, reporting directly to our Product Development Consultant.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day production process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage and track the inventory of both raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure the production schedule is followed efficiently and products are completed on time.
Provide technical guidance and support to our artisans.
Prepare finished products for dispatch and delivery to our customers.
Qualifications
A detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility. You should have excellent communication skills to coordinate with our artisans and the Product Development Consultant. Experience in production management or a related field is a plus.
