3+ years of experience in hotel/construction administration or executive assistance. General construction knowledge is a plus 🏗️
Ability to assist owners with hotel development projects 🏨
Must be able to visit construction sites alongside owners, communicate with contractors, and follow through with to-do lists 📝
High-level communication & organizational skills 📞📊
Manage detailed task lists, follow-ups, and timelines ⏱️
