📢 We’re Hiring: MEP Supervisor
PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we have proudly operated four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are currently developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.
As a MEP Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the in-house team to ensure all MEP works meet design standards, quality, safety, and deadlines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor all MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.
* Review and verify technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
* Manage schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure on-time project delivery.
* Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems before handover.
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
🔹 Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision (hospitality projects experience is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction standards.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other MEP-related software is an advantage.
