Position:
Mechanical & Electrical Technician ⚙️⚡
🛠 Responsibilities
🔧 Install, maintain, and repair electrical & mechanical equipment in the farm area (blower, water pump, paddlewheel, electrical panels, generator sets, etc.).
⚡ Ensure all electrical systems and mechanical equipment operate optimally to support farm operations.
📦 Maintain availability of essential spare parts & provide recommendations for procurement.
📝 Prepare daily/weekly reports related to maintenance and repair activities.
✅ Requirements
🎓 Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
💼 Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic/electrical technician (aquaculture experience is a plus).
⚙️ Proficient in basic electricity (AC/DC), machine troubleshooting, electrical panel installation, as well as generator & pump maintenance.
📐 Ability to read technical drawings/electrical diagrams.
🌍 Willing to reside at the shrimp farm site during the cultivation period in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
