🚀 Lead marketing operations: from product launch → market penetration → customer retention.
👥 Manage the marketing team & ensure cross-functional collaboration.
🌟 Strengthen our brand, manage PR, & drive media relations.
💻 Oversee website & e-commerce presence.
🎯 Define OKRs & lead data-driven decision-making.
✅ Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
🗓️ 3+ years in end-to-end marketing systems.
🌱 Experience in agri/biostimulant products preferred.
🧭 Strong leadership, PR, and strategic thinking.
📊 Familiar with marketing analytics & IT metrics.
🗣️ Fluent in English.
📍 Willing to relocate to Lombok.
