The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and set the culinary direction of the hotel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in international cuisines, a passion for menu development, and the leadership skills to inspire a small but dynamic kitchen brigade.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
Develop menus that reflect international flavours while appealing to a diverse guest profile.
Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver excellence.
Collaborate with hotel management on seasonal offerings and special events.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior chef role, ideally within boutique hotels or international restaurants.
Strong knowledge of global cuisines and a creative approach to menu design.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of cost control and operational efficiency.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
