🚀 [URGENTLY NEEDED] – Full-Stack Engineer
Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) Indonesia is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.
If you’re passionate about qualitative & quantitative research, community engagement, and health systems, this is a chance to make a real impact on public health.
✅ Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams.
- Proficient with Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL - - (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
- Experience building REST APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Familiarity with GCP/AWS/Azure and Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have).
- Exposure to mobile application development (nice to have, not required).
- Experience in health-system applications and systems integration (nice to have).
💡 Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain health interoperability systems.
- Build and ship multiple web applications using Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Ensure application quality, reliability, and performance aligned with user needs.
- Support OUCRU’s ongoing digital health transformation initiatives.
