Experience Operation Analyst (Earthwork Engineer)
📍Nusa Tenggara Barat
Join us! This vital role oversees daily earthwork operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance on-site. You'll support project planning, inspection, and scheduling, coordinating with teams to resolve issues and boost performance. Responsibilities include technical evaluations, SOP development, and safety monitoring for all earthwork activities.
🔺Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
2. YOE: 5+ years in Mining Operations.
3. Proficient in English (written & spoken).
4. Deep knowledge: earthwork, heavy equipment, unit deployment, mining safety.
5. Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork
6. Familiarity with mining software (e.g., GEOVIA Surpac)
7. Exploration phase experience preferred.
8. Certified POP or Operational Supervisory is a plus
