Position : Area Sales Representative
Location : Lombok
Role Summary & Responsibility :
Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)
Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
Gather market intelligence & feedback
Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
Build customer profiling
Requirement :
Bachelor degree (S1)
Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industries
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in building with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable
Have a Driver License (SIM A)
