Seeking (Area) Operations Manager for Unreal Group for immediate start!

About the Job

Unreal Group (consisting of Dream CoWork Hotels, Indonesia Backpacker Hostels, LoTide Surf Camps, and ASAP) is a hospitality, real estate and technology company operating in Bali and Lombok

Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotels, hostels, and surf camps of Unreal Group

Operations Managers will supervise and train our team of General Managers and front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless coordination and an exceptional guest experience.

Required:

Indonesian Nationality

Fluent English

Minimum 2+ Years in experience in managing a chain of hotels, nightclubs, or bars

Be able to train and develop the skills of our staff

Willing to be based in Kuta Lombok

Preferred:

2+ years international experience

Bachelor Degree from a reputable Hotelschool or management school

Strong knowledge with hotel management software (e.g., Cloudbeds, PMS, POS systems).
