What We Do
Development of detailed architectural plans and technical drawings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations.
Quality control across all phases of construction, ensuring execution matches design, specifications, and safety standards.
Supervision and inspection at sites, coordinating between office/design teams and site teams.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support our design team in producing technical drawings and construction documents for residential, villa, and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings based on architect’s design.
Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details according to industry standards.
Ensure accuracy of dimensions, scale, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects and technical teams for drawing revisions.
Maintain and organize drawing files in a structured manner.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Vocational/Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Drawing.
Proficient in drafting software: AutoCAD, SketchUp (bonus: Revit / ArchiCAD).
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
Familiar with construction drawing standards.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
