Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field.
2. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
5. Placement Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara (calendar working days)
Resposilibilty:
1. Oversee employee data, HR documentation, payroll attendance, & leave
2. Maintain good relations with employees, unions, and labor authorities; ensure compliance with labor laws and handle disputes.
3. Prepare and submit reports to management and authorities (BPJS, disnaker, etc.) related to employee matters.
