Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure premises.
Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Verify identification and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Act swiftly in case of security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
Provide first aid or assist in evacuation procedures during fire, medical, or other emergencies.
Coordinate with emergency services like police, fire department, or medical teams.
Document and report security incidents, suspicious activities, and violations.
Maintain daily logs and submit reports on security operations.
Provide directions and assistance to visitors, employees, or clients.
Ensure a professional and approachable security presence.
Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Conduct bag checks and security screenings when required.
Ensure employees follow workplace safety and security protocols.
Prevent unauthorized use of company property or equipment.
Enforce disciplinary measures in line with company policies.
Qualifications

Proportional body weight.
Minimum age of 18 years old.
Minimum of a High School/Vocational School diploma or equivalent.
Possession of a valid SATPAM education certificate.
Possession of a current and active SATPAM KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
Maintain a professional and neat appearance.
Willingness to provide a certified drug-free test result.
