About the role
As a Project Manager at Lombok Home Fix, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of these projects, you will ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing
Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinating and supervising the work of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to address potential issues
Regularly communicating project status updates to key stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
Continuously seeking ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, preferably in the Lombok Tengah region
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end delivery across multi projects.
Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints
Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various team members and clients
Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
