We’re hiring: Sales Manager
Bali-based | Travel to Lombok & Sumbawa
Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay are entering their next phase and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on results and can turn interest into investment.
What you’ll do:
⦿ Drive land & villa sales across online, WhatsApp, and on-site channels
⦿ Guide clients confidently through contracts and due diligence
⦿ Build long-term relationships that go beyond the first transaction
⦿ Work with marketing and site teams for seamless delivery
What you’ll bring:
✔ Proven track record in real estate or hospitality sales
✔ 2+ years’ experience in client-facing sales
✔ Negotiation strength and relationship-building skills
✔ Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
✔ Energy, urgency, and fluency in English
